At Happiness Hive, our mission is to provide a safe, positive, nurturing environment that inspires multi-sensory learning through play, problem solving, exploration and cooperation, and fosters confidence, curiosity, creativity, and independence, while respecting each child's unique needs and individuality.
Philosophy
At Happiness Hive Learning Academy, we believe the preschool years should be a magical time of play, exploration, discovery, and creativity that instills a lifelong love of learning and sets the stage for success in kindergarten and beyond! We take great pride in getting to know your child well. This allows us to implement Developmentally Appropriate Practices to meet our students where they are and to encourage and enable them to reach challenging and achievable goals.
Happiness Hive Learning Academy provides a child-centered curriculum that is aligned with the Pennsylvania State Standards. We understand that children are concrete thinkers who need opportunities to explore the world around them through all of their senses. Our curriculum "attacks the senses" by providing fun, creative, productive, learning opportunities to see, hear, smell, taste, touch, and move.
